Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in finance roles, with specific experience in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, including advanced Excel skills. Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and their financial modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are highly desirable. Job Responsibilities: Managing and supervising the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Conducting financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Supporting the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize manufacturing costs, inventory management, and production efficiency. Participating in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Managing the relationship with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. Providing guidance and mentorship to finance team members, promoting their professional development. Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and manufacturing.
