Job Description Job Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 2. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 3. Manage the company's financial risk by identifying potential areas of concern and implementing appropriate strategies to mitigate risks. 4. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decisionmaking processes. 5. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring their continued professional development and growth. 6. Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and achieve financial objectives. 7. Conduct financial analysis and evaluation of potential M&A opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives. 8. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to stakeholders, including executive management and board members. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Certified member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). 3. ACCA qualification is highly preferred. 4. Demonstrated experience in M&A activities in an MNC setting . 5. Previous experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm is strongly preferred. 6. Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. 7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 9. Proven leadership and people management abilities. 10. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
