Finance Executive

**Job Descriptions**1) Process weekly payments and to release to recipient timely by week basis2) Plan and monitor bank balance and its cash flow, including to process manual and urgent payment request3) Maintain proper accounts payable records, prepayment & accrual listing in timely manner4) Administration of banking information including opening and closing of bank accounts, update user access and signatory listing5) To generate expenses book with correct chart of account, verify it with supporting details and in compliance with internal policy6) Perform bank reconciliation7) Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary and banker on behalf of Foundation8) To assist in overall administration task of the Foundation and ad-hoc task assigned by the Finance Manager9) To be involved in core and annual activities of MW Asia Group Sdn Bhd.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 11/20/2023
