Finance Manager

The work effort associated with this position would include but not limited to:- Oversee, review, and adhere to the finance requirements for each businessdepartment- Assist in company-wide budgetary planning and tender preparation submissions- Provide and end-to-end financial support; from budgeting, tracking project spending,invoicing etc.; to the project team for budgeting and costing to ensure good projectfinancial health- Ensure that all the company's financial practices are in line statutory regulations andlegislation- Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creatingstrategic plans- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information asneeded- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transaction to promote cost savinginitiatives- Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-dayoperations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.- Prepare official reports and practices to minimize financial risk- Contract auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up to date- Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, includingbanking institutions and accountant- Update and implement financial policies and procedures- Maintain a policy manual for the finance departmentthe finance department- Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees- Attend and perform any additional requirements by management or project**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Flexible hours- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Finance: 4 years (preferred)
