Finance Manager/Senior Manager

Job Details Job Title: FINANCE MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER Department: FINANCE Closing Date: 30-APR-2024 Job Description 1. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including Balance sheets, Income statements and cash flow statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.2. Supervise the accounting executive in day-to-day operations, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger related activities.3. Ensure timely, accurate, complete recording of financial transactions in compliance with authorities and company policies.4. Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancement.5. Coordinate and support the annual audits, tax and related regulation activities.6. Manage and review tax computation and ensure on time submission for tax estimation.7. Identify and evaluate sources of funding. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders to secure necessary operations and growth initiatives.8. Set up internal control procedures & improve accounting & reporting systems.9. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.10. Assess current practices and procedures, provide recommendations, and support any ad hoc request from superior. Requirements Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Years of experience:5 years and above experience in Financial Accounting. Skills / Abilities:1. Strong analytical skills2. Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, performance driven and able to multitask.3. Able to work independently as well as good a team player.4. Dynamic with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.5. Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint SHARE ON
