Finance Supervisor- Timber Industry

**Salary**: RM5500 - RM6000**Qualification**: Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or any related field**Working Hour**: Mon - Sat 7.30am - 5.30pm (Break: 11.30am - 1.30pm)**Headcount**: 2**Department**: Finance Department**Reports to**: Finance Manager, General Manager**Responsibilities**:1 Responsible for the day-to-day accounting duties for the company.2. Monitor and review journal data posted in accounting system on daily/weekly/monthly basis.3. Assist in any financial queries.4. Prepare monthly closing of accounts and analysis of report, ensure timely submission.5 Ensure transaction processed are in compliance with policies and procedures.6. Ensure compliance with accounting standard and company procedures to ensure integrity of financial information.7. Ensure adequate follow up on issues identified during external and internal audit.8. Identify and articulate improvement areas across sop and workflow.9. Perform other ad-hoc assignment when required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.- At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or any related field.- Related working experience in audit, finance, accounting, corporate reporting will be added advantage.- Team player who is dynamic and with mature personality, independent and able to multitask work independently under high pressure and meet tight deadline.**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Perak Tengah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have good experience Audit, finance, accounting, corporate reporting?- Can you Monitor and review journal data posted in accounting system on daily/weekly/monthly basis.?- Can you Prepare monthly closing of accounts and analysis of report?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Finance and accounting: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
