Career Horizons is partnering with a Multinational Group headquarter in Thailand. The group specializes in chemical manufacturing and due to expansion in the team, they are looking for a Financial Controller to be based in Nilai, Seremban.- Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/financial/accounting functions inclusive of Financial Planning, Budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc.- Carry out financial analysis and offer professional opinions and investment advice.- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, tax matters and any other corporate governance.- Oversee cash flow projection of the company to control payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management system.- To establish operational budgets and manage company cash flow to ensure all audit findings points are promptly resolved.- Maintaining relationship with external auditors and banks.- Assist in listing exercise for group of companies.- Perform Ad-hoc projects, analysis and forecasting related to accounts activities.**Key Responsibilities**- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional development.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to align financial objectives, facilitate strategic initiatives, and drive operational efficiencies.- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and investors.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.- A master's degree or ACCA/CPA certification is required.- 8-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Strong bilingual skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pivot Table)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 10 years (required)License/Certification:- Chartered Accounting Certification (required)
