Financial Planning & Analisys Executive

_**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:_- Reporting to Finance Director in Process Transformation, to drive and deliver improvement in the Operation processes based on the Group ERP system.- Collaborate and work closely with IT and other Operation department to investigate, formulate and execute the project deliverables,- Able to carry out fieldwork independently including Process walkthrough, identifying and defining more efficient working processes for the Operation,- Report in a timely manner project status. Ensure project planning tracking and timely fulfilment,- Escalate for management alert decision whenever suitable with a clear description of the issue and proposal for solution or mitigation.- **REQUIREMENT & COMPETENCIES**:_- At least 3 years of relevant working experience,- Mandarin Speaker- Having working experience in Costing Management or Process Transformation or Project Management or Change Management or sizable Audit Firm is an advantage,- Strong analytical skills and process-centric mindset,- Independent, unafraid to make decision and hungry to learn,- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills and influencing skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
