Human by nature.**Finished Goods Planner (Taste & Wellbeing) - Your next position?**As the Finished Goods Planner, you will be responsible for smooth site production planning, scheduling and coordinate cross functionally with flawless execution. In addition, the role will also support clarity on sufficient raw materials used in manufacturing facility to achieve and maintain KPI targets (PIR/golden rules/best practices, SLOB, etc.). Ensure that job tasks in the section are properly delegated and attended to by the responsible associates within the team- In this role, you will be based in the Malacca plant and directly report to the Supply Chain Assistant Manager, Malacca.**Sounds interesting? It could be your perfect opportunity to lead, coach, train and support your team to achieve their optimal performance.****In this position you will**:- Follow SAP setting parameter.- Identify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to ensure an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards.- Ensure customer (internal and external) response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability.- Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.- Contribute to implement Planning Strategy aligned with the business needs.- Escalation point for resolution of problems, complaints and prioritization issues.- Monitor workload and calendars to maintain the balance in the department.- Communicate and interact with areas involved, in order to solve issues.- Achieve and maintain service level targets.- Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment).- Provide mid-long term forecast to procurement.- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute.- Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands. Create repack process orders as needed and release to production.- Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required.- In term of Production Transfer Project into the site: work closely with Project Manager, Project Team and Site team to ensure sequence of trials up to commercial production batch executed according to the timeline**You?****Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
