Food Service Assistant

Job Summary- Provide a multitude of services to ensure that a facility runs smoothly. Preparing and delivering food to patient. Planning meals, storing food, managing stocks and supplies and keeping records.Job Responsibilities- Prepares and delivers food trays to hospital patient, performing any combination of following duties on tray lines: Reads production orders on menu cards to determine items to place on tray.- To assist patients with information and provides necessary food services upon admission- Apportions and places food servings on plates and trays according to diet list on menu card.- Push carts to ward and serves trays to patients- Collects and stacks dirty dishes on cart and returns cart to kitchen.- Collects and places garbage and trash in designated containers.- Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.Job Requirements- SPM qualification or its equivalent- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Able to work with minimum supervision and handle customer issues effectively- Working experience in a hospital industry will be an advantage**Job Type**: Permanent**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 08/01/2023
