Responsibilities:
Ensure guest relations are maintained at the highest possible standard
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
Ability to develop and maintainguest history programme in providing consistent guest recognition
Knowledge in rostering to ensure staffing level in line with occupancy
Able to train, supervise and support office team, including receptionists, concierge and telephone operators
Able to develop and maintain an active on job training programme within the Front Office department to achieve a satisfactory level of functional efficiency and guest satisfaction
Be familiar with all emergency procedures – fire, evacuation, loss and damage, accidents, medical emergency
Ensure company's SOPs and Auditrequirements are met
Operate Front Office department within the departmental budget guideline

Requirements:
Demonstrate strong leadership skill
Excellent interpersonal and human relations abilities
High customer service focus and LQA focus
Possess exceptional problem-solving and service recovery skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good command of English (oral and written). Chinese speaking is an advantage.
Proficient knowledge of PMS Opera and MS Office
