Responsibilities: Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information across. Responsible to process customer`s orders in timely manner and effectively. To assist salesperson to prepare sales order. To handle customer enquiries related to product and order. Attend to incoming calls and email inquiries. Liaise with customer via phone and/ or email for delivery arrangement and all matters related to sales order. To follow-up with salespersons enquiries. Requirements: Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A team player with high level of dedication. Possess at least High school / Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate in any relevant field. Have a minimum of 1 & 2 year of working experience. Computer literate. Self - initiative and able to work independently. Possess own transport and willing to work in Kepong.
