General Clerk (Maintenance)

Responsibilities:
Key in overtime, employee leave and other benefits into the system.
Manage time and attendance system.
Update employee's personal record, daily monitoring and updating.
Compile file, store and archive all the records from spare part inventory system.
Handle adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Required skills: MS Office, ability to multi task and prioritization skills.
Langues: Malay & English
