Telephone Interviewer (English/Malay/Chinese)

**Responsibilities**:1. To conduct a customer satisfaction survey with respondent through telephone2. Follow a set of questions on the survey questionnaire3. Record full comments given by respondent in complete sentences4. Briefing and training will be provided**Job Requirements**1. Age between 21 to 40 y/o2. No working experience required and student/fresh graduate are encouraged to apply3. Able to speak and read fluently in Malay & English (Mandarin would be advantage)4. No fear of talking with strangers on the phone5. Good communication skills6. Good listening and understanding skills for accurately recording information7. Detail-oriented and Self-motivated8. Ability to follow instructions9.
