General Ledger Officer

_**Job Summary**:_Responsible for overseeing the entire Finance and Acount of the Company- **Duties And Responsibilities**:_1. Ensure timely preparation of monthly management Account and responsible for the secretarial, tax and insurance matters of the company2. Liaise with external auditors, bankers, company secretary, GST and tax agents to ensure compliance with statutory legislation3. Prepare monthly payment voucher4. Processing of payment to vendor via Giro, BD, credit card or cheques5. Responsible in checking staff claims and petty cash claims6. Reconciliation of bank statement and credit card statement7. GL maintenance8. Monthly GL and cashbook module closing9. Preparation of monthly financial reports.10. To carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time11.
