**Industry: Electronic Manufacturing****Responsibilities**:- Overall responsibility of the entire business operations and ensuring continued profitability and growth of the Company- Leading a team of Managers who are responsible for their respective departments- To coordinate the activities and tum it Into a workable plan that would achieve the Company's established policies, goals and objectives- Analyses cost, activities, operations and forecast data to determine the progress toward goals and evaluates the effectiveness of all operations and personnel- Establish effective internal control systems to enhance productivity- Appoint a replacement in his absence to cover the stated responsibility- Perform any tasks assigned by the Superior from time to time**Requirements**:- At least a Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent- Min 5 years working experience in international company- Well-versed in Project Management, Planning, Business and Market Development**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM50,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company carSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Working (international company): 5 years (required)
