A great opportunity to kick-start your career in Consumer marketing, working on an exciting, large, global, Purpose-driven brand, being a part of a multi-cultural and global team, working on projects for global and multi-country regional launches, the opportunity to learn marketing, innovations and commercial acumen on the job as our Global Assistant Brand Manager.**Responsibilities**:- Category Information Management and analysis, including financials, market shares, pipeline value and category/competitive trends and landscape- Support the Innovation Management process to deliver fast and best in class new product launches for Dettol.- Work closely with Global cross-functional and Local in-market execution teams to ensure implementation and tracking of Big Bet initiatives.- Help generate insights and new ideas through preparation of market research and consumer-work.**Qualification, Skills & Experience**:- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant field.- 2-3 years work experience in a multinational company within FMCG, Consumer Health or similar categories- Passionate about Consumer brands, Curious and Hungry to Learn, Driven and Ambitious- Fluent in English both written and oral.**Equality**:At Reckitt, we recognise that in real life, great people don't always 'tick all the boxes'.
