Online Sales Coordinator (E-Commerce)

Job Description1) To manage the upload of all new products, images and descriptions to E-Commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada), social network & website.2) To create and maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, product and pricing on the site are correct, updated, and in line with trading at all times3) Responsible for implementing marketing campaigns that promote company's products or services.4) To monitor SKUs availability and monitor low stocks & stock replenishment5) Knowledge of taking/ editing Photos and Videos, maintain in-store and online promotional events and brand image will be added advantage.6) Assist and resolve customers order issues or enquiries via WhatsApp, E-mail, or phone.**7) Arrangement for any required events**: parcel packing, shipment preparation8) Arrange and automate daily orders.Job Requirement1) Experience in online marketing / E-commerce or handling various online platform.2) Knowledge of Microsoft Excel function, Canva and Networking system will be an added advantage.3) Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales target given4) Strong understanding of e-commerce analytical skills**5) Required language(s)**: Mandarin, English, Melayu,6) Fresh graduate and Entry level are welcomeQualificationHigher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional DegreeArinna Accessories Sdn Bhd business revolves in the manufacturing, distribution and retailing of brooches.
