**Key Responsibilities**:**Graphic Design**:- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey marketing objectives.**Marketing Strategy**:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate impactful visual elements.- Assist in crafting marketing strategies, identifying target audiences, and refining messaging to enhance brand awareness and engagement.**Content Creation**:- Create multimedia assets such as infographics, videos, and animations to enhance storytelling and engagement.**Brand Management**:- Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity, ensuring consistent design execution and adherence to brand guidelines.- Contribute to the development and refinement of brand guidelines and ensure their consistent implementation across all touchpoints.**Analytics and Optimization**:- Monitor the performance of visual content across different marketing channels and platforms.- Analyze data and gather insights to refine design and marketing strategies for improved engagement and conversion rates.**Project Management**:- Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, while meeting deadlines and quality standards.**Digital Expertise**:- Manage the company's official pages and e-commerce platforms (eg. Lazada. Shopee) official stores.- Set up plans in attracting end user traffic to the official pages and e-commerce platforms.- Create visually captivating content for social media platforms, websites, and digital advertisements.- Stay updated on digital design trends and best practices to continually enhance the brand's online presence.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist with a diverse portfolio showcasing design and marketing projects.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.- Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.- Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving marketing trends.- Video editing and animation skills are a plus.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary
