We're committed to creating unmatched digital experiences around the globe with offices in San Francisco, New York, Lagos, and Lahore, Pakistan - and to further our mission to beachside in Türkiye.We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at our Lahore Office.Come build with us!**Responsibilities**:- Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget.- Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.- Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, and timescales.- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.- Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.- Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design.- Test graphics across various media.- Amend designs after feedback.- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.Skills Required:- Proven graphic designing experience.- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects Preferred.- Experience with Html/CSS is a plus.- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.What we can Offer:- Excellent monthly compensation in USD- Evening and Night Shifts- Quarterly Bonuses upto 200% of the monthly salary- Health insurance- Paid time off- Parental leave- Referral program- Gym Memberships- Work from Home / Hybrid approach- Internet, Travel, and many more allowances**Job Type**: Full TimeAbility to commute/relocate:- istanbul: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Benefits
