Job description: • Conceptualizing creative ideas with Webmore team members. • Candidate will act as a Graphics Designer for this job position. • Testing and improving the design of the website. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites. • Confident in sharing thoughts and ideas • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients. Designing sample pages including colours and fonts. • Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure. • Added value if you’re familiar with designing websites and optimizing for web and mobile views. • Good time management, able to hand in tasks on time. • Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate • Always thinking or sourcing for quality content for social media and track effectiveness • Develop and report weekly to management regarding the progress of work. Requirements: • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma /Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree /Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. • Strong knowledge and skill in ADOBE Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. • Skills in premiere pro and after effects would be a plus • Possess strong creative skills on UI/UX. Good sense of layout, typography and colour harmony. • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles. • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. • Able to work independently or in a team. • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. • Portfolio of work
