**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Attending to all electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing works, painting works, handy works and others.- Carry out daily inspection on common areas- Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor- Attending and following up on owners/tenants's complaints- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required- Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procuders- Provide support to Immediate Superior in ad-hoc duties**Qualifications**- Minimum one to three (1-3) years of experience in property/facilities management.- Added value if registered Electrical Wireman Certificate under Category PW1-PW4- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective working relationships- Possess own transport
