Store Assistant

Issue Invoices, Delivery order, Packing lists, Debit Note & Credit Note, etc.- Handling general administration works.- Monitoring, assist and handle stock count.- Filing documents- Receive calls from customers and arrange delivery schedule with drivers- Handle cashier duty e.g. collect cash from walk-in customers- To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.- Coordinate between departments**Requirements**:- Required language (s) : Mandarin / Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, English- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.- Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.- Familiar with UBS Stock or Autocount is an added advantage.- Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team.- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong- Full time position(s) available.
