To work as a key person between company and Home Doctor Organization To execute in developing / enhancement for SOP / MOT / training material To prepare periodic report and data analysis To plan and expand Home Doctor Organization To monitor and enhance Home Doctor service quality To assist in administration and operation document preparation To assist in planning workshop, event, branch visitation, and incentive trip etc. To liaise with Training & Development department for training enhancement / arrangement To liaise with HDM* in requesting equipment for branches (CCTV / alarm / postcode settings / member transfer) *HDM stands for Home Doctor Manager
