Head Of Marketing

Core Responsibilities  Oversee the entire marketing department and total marketing strategies for the organization.  Evaluate, forecast and develop key marketing goals that facilitate the business' performance. Besides functioning as a lead to a large and high performing team, you are required to influence and ensure good working synergy across teams in various internal and external stakeholders.  Stronghold in integrating various marketing disciplines including but not limited to branding, sales, communications, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, PR, CRM, media, creative and consumer experience.  Managing and optimizing marketing budgets in P&L and A&P to ensure healthy financials.  Skilled in data analysis, consumer and market insights to determine the best results-oriented approach.  Identify commercial opportunities for growth or profitability. Requirements At least 15 years of Marketing experience  Experience in leading a large department and dealing with various stakeholders  Excellent communication abilities with a collaborative team spirit  Strong decision-making and assertiveness  Resilient to challenges and quick to adapt in fast-paced environments
