Details of the offer

Job Description Responsibilities: Administration Purchase office supplies, snacks and beverage for staff.
To handle office maintenance and office upkeep.
Assist in coordinate for company event, festival event and others.
HR
Assist HR Manager to perform full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, staff performance evaluations etc.
To check attendance, staff claims, leave management and commission for retail staff.
To prepare payroll and key in computerize system.
To prepare HR related letters.
Conduct initial orientation to newly joined employees.
Maintain staff records, ensure that all the records are complete and kept updated.
To guide the team in all matters pertaining to human resources and administration.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
Sounds knowledge in Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
Must be highly responsible.
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of employees.
