Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:Assist in implementing and administrating the various Human Resource functions, including:- Preparation of all HR related letters such as letter of employment, contracts, confirmation etc.- Managing onboarding for new hires from end to end- Maintaining a systematic filling system, safeguarding private and confidential documents- Updating and maintaining employee records, attendance, leave in HR information system from time to time- Managing employees' movement (new hires, promotion, transfer, termination, retirement and etc)- Administer performance management processes i.e., probation confirmation, appraisal etc- Preparation of reports and analyse data as and when required- Assist in organising employee engagement activities i.e., annual dinner, team building etc.- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as and when required from time to time.**Job Requirement**- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent- Minimum 2 years(s) of working experience in HR/ Administration or related field.- Proficient in both spoken and written English/ Malay/ Chinese.- Well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws and related statutory bodies.- Possess good working attitude and interpersonal skills.- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills.- Possess logical thinking and creativity, organized, careful, can communicate well with others.
