An exciting HR & Admin Manager job has become available at one of the finance shared services in Subang Jaya. This company is searching for a capable and driven talent to join the team.
About the HR & Admin Manager Role:
Dual reporting to the Director of Centre and Senior HR Manager, you will provide the full range of human resources services including talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management and HR administrative services such as payroll, management of medical insurances and office administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and facilitate critical HR needs relating to compensation and benefits, recruitment and employee engagement
Responsible for manpower management, timely recruitment and selection of qualified hires for open positions
Review, update and implement organisational policies and procedures as necessitated by organisational needs
Ensure compliance of corporate policies and processes as well as local regulatory/statutory requirements
Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure services are being offered at the highest level of service and value
Ensure the implementation and completion of the annual performance review process
Link rewards to performance in the annual compensation review process
Responsible for expatriate management activities
Assist in enquiries concerning disciplinary guidelines, procedures and other related matters
Office-related policies and processes to be in place in regard to office supplies procurement, travel, expense claims, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be hands-on and have the ability to multitask and have excellent time management.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Minimum of 10 years of work experience handling the full spectrum of HR (preferably from shared services)
Demonstrated confidence and ability to develop relationships with different parties
Good interpersonal skills with effective communications skills and an aptitude for emotional intelligence
Creative problem solver, flexible, positive and with great teamwork spirit.
