Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION ? To update KAEFER HR Portal with personal details
? Key-in employees? qualifications and licenses into Personal Folders
? To do multiple reference check calls for career and background history
? Confirm information?s that was entered are correct, evaluate, delete and reenter information when it is incomplete, or when clearing out files to get rid of duplication of data
? Reporting to HRA Heads in Western Australia
? Daily HRA duties
REQUIREMENTS
? Professional Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Human Resource or equivalent
? Well versed in English language is a must, both speaking and writing
? MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) skills with intermediate level
? Meticulous and high level of confidentiality
? Able to work under pressure
? At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
? Willing to work in Johor Bahru
? Full time position available
