Administer Company's HRIS portal and other other HR systems- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes- Conduct employee onboarding and briefing new joiner on company policies and processes- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise- Propose any HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace- Assist HQ in Singapore to role out any development and implementation of human resource policies- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly- Assist Country Manager to ensure compliance with Malaysia labor regulations**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or equivalent- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment/labor laws- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus- Excellent communication and people skills- Driven and excellent in problem solving**Benefits**Annual IncrementPerformance BonusHealth Insurance
