Responsibilities: ·To develop Corporate Policies aligned with good corporate governance based on regulatoryrequirements and best industry practices ·To ensure effective roll-out & communicate policies to all employees. ·Collaborate with the compliance manager on reputational issues & management ·To identify issues and challenges within the organization and recommend resolutions ·To develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission values & objectives — Code of Ethics, Office Etiquette and continuous learning process ·To ensure Employee buy-in so as to enhance the employee-behavior attitude and promote a positive workplace culture.·To provide oversight for the recruitment and stalling process ·To provide an overview of interviews, where required, assess candidates capabilities make recommendations for hiring decisions ·To ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during the recruitment process ·To identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees at all levels·To oversee the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance ·management and employee relations ·To address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolutions ·To review new systems & applications to improve payroll efficiency ·To provide oversight and ensure payroll, over-time and allowances are verified by ·Accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of disbursements ·To ensure all mandatory contributions and deductions are in accordance to the laws of thecountry arc verified by Accounts prior to approval ·To provide oversight of administrative functions, Office equipment, utilities, vehicles as well as rental requisites for foreign/local workers Skills and Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Degree with 8 years relevant working experience. Exposure in full spectrum of HR is needed for this role.
