URGENT HIRING !1)Monitor probation due date and follow-up with HODs on appraisal form.2)Daily inventory checking of kitchen items, ice-cream and F&B Collections.3)Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective managers.4)Monitor and arrangement of medical exam, typhoid injection and food handling training.5)Assist in purchasing urgently required sundry goods / hardware / stationary and etc.6)Renewal of license premise at Majlis Bandaraya Seremban (MBS) and Halal license and some related license for hotel.7)Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.8)Recruiting new staff, preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.9) Payroll process.Prefer : Female, have own transport and license.Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9am-5pm) & Saturday(9am-1pm) -Alternate**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)- admin executive: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- malay (preferred)- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)Application Deadline: 07/30/2023Expected Start Date: 07/31/2023
