**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Be responsible for the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage- Work with the sourcing team to drive strong recruitment strategies to ensure you have strong talent, with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist- Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives- Educates manager on the tools available to view feedback from the hiring team and ensures all interviewers complete the process as required.**; Requirements: - REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience- Good university degree- Ability to be independent, creative and accountable- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner- Strong attention to detail with capability to multi-task and prioritize- Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful**REMUNERATION PACKAGES**:**Basic**: NegotiableEPF, SOCSO, EIS**Benefit**:Medical CoverageAnnual Leave, Bonus and Etc**Working Days**: 5 days work week**Working Hours**: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm),
