Hr Recruitment Consultant Intern

Responsibilities:-Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR and Administration functions-Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, administration and employee relations in the local operations and report to superior.-Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned job orders.-Engage potential candidates actively using all recruitment methods possible - web portals, job postings, databases, social media, referrals and contacts.-Identify areas of improvement in HR strategies to meet company’s growth and requirements.-Any adhoc task as required for this position.
-Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline-Fresh Grads are welcome-Good in communication with English and Chinese-Self motivated and a team player
