**Job Descriptions HR**:- Planning and coordinate recruitment activities and selection process.- Manage of company payroll including foreign workers and ensure timely payroll completion.- Maintain and update employees personal record and confidential information in system.- Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, income tax and etc).- To handle any job assigned.**Job Descriptions SHIPPING**:- Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.- Responsible for full set export document preparation.- Responsible for the shipment from its origin country until to the destination warehouse.- To follow up the shipping processes documents, controls of freight payment, audit system and ensure all document, processes and controls are updated.- Efficiently responsive to customer's requirement that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requuirement are met.**Requirements**:- Must have at least 5 years experience in HR.- Willing to work at Indahpura and own transport.- Have sense of responsiblities and easy to communicate
