As the Human Resources and Administrative (HRA) Manager, you will play a key role in providing guidance, coordination and management of various Human Resource services and Administrative activities for the company. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing HR planning and Administrative planning for the subsidiaries and will produce accurate HR reports. You'll be involved in : Recruitment plan and selection Training and Development Talent Management Company policies Management of the HR Department Writing and delivery pf the HR strategy Compensation and Benefits positioning Management of Workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination Employee Relations Management of foreigner manpower Payroll administration Local authority and employment legislation compliance Audits compliance All you need to know : - Attractive remuneration package up to RM 10k Comprehensive benefits (Allowance + Bonus) Joining a Top multinational manufacturer Structured career progression International exposure Enjoy work life balance with 5 working days We're looking for someone with : 4+ years of experience in Human Resources Management Experience in Sedex system is preferred Knowledge of the Employment legislation, Industrial Relations Act, prevailing HRA practices, ILO standard, Foreign worker management policy, SOCSO, EPF, Payroll operation and other relevant statutory acts.
