Plan and organize risk assessment (HIRARC & EIA) with all QHSE M Rep Business unit- Out lining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all hazard- Carry out regular site inspection to check policies and procedures are being properly Implemented- Preparing health, safety & environment strategies and developing internal policies.- Leading in-house training employees about health, safety & environment issues and and risks- To collect HSE performance all business subsidiaries and provides analyst and statistic of overall HSE performance based on manhour, lagging & leading indicator- To coordinate HSE program in corporate Group of Company and monitor the implementation in Business Unit Level.- To manage and organizing safe disposal of hazardous substance in Group of company and monitor the implementation in Business Unit Level.- To analyst UCUA program and medical surveillance statistic.- Report writing in HSE Corporate IMS matter.- Record any finding and track of the closure in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment.- To perform internal audit in Company and subsidiaries.- To plan, execute, track and record management walkabout and HSE campaign for corporate group of companies.- Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risk could be reduced- Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards- Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly impelemented.- Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legistation- Keeping records of inspection finding and producing reports that suggest improvements.- Being up to date with new legistation and maintaining a working knowledge of all Health & Safety Environment (HSE) legislation and any developments that affect the Company- Ensuring the safe installation of equipment- Advising on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substance, noise safeguarding machinery, energy & waste management and occupational diseases.- To review the effectiveness of HSE procedures implementation as per IMS standard.**PERSONAL KEY PERSONAL OBJECTIVES**- Punctuality on daily attendance- Full attendance on monthly record- Full commitment of any task given- Ideas for improvement of company business- To achieve yearly KPI setting provided by HOD- To inculcate HSE mindset toward Generative Safety Culture (GSC).**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
