_Human Resources_- Follow up with preparation of document or proposal to management before deadline.- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations- Update and maintain accurate employee's personnel files and leave balance.- Check and revise duty rosters prepared by the outlets to ensure alignment to operational needs.- Checking staff attendance on weekly basis and preparing related report for lateness and absenteeism.- Administration_- Lease with cleaner and service provider for office maintenance- Uniform Management- Medical Administration- Filling and managing the document arrangement within outlet and HQ.- Assist all the administrative task as when requested by the management.- Provide assistance in other HR and Admin duties and functions when required.- Execute ad hoc task as and when requested by the HOD / management.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.- Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.- **Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors ( Main Scope )**:- Time-management skills & Ability to handle confidential information- Have experience in managing foreign worker will be an added advantage.- Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
