Human Resource Assistance

Job Responsibilities:Provide administrative support in full spectrum of HR functions including termination & repatriation, recruitment & selection, disciplinary and counseling, compensation & benefits.Responsible in administer monthly renewal of employment contractsAssist in work pass renewal related mattersUpdate and maintain employee's records in HR Information System.Perform general office duties such as data entry, printing, filling and scanning.Advise line managers or staffs on general HR mattersPerform ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirement:Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent2 to 5 years HR relevant working experienceGood knowledge of HR practices and legislation.Meticulous and well-organized individualMotivated individual and possesses good planning and follow-up skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsAble to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently and in a team with positive attitudeProficient with Microsoft Office ApplicationsPay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
