**Short Role Summary**:To deliver value-added service to management and employees. This role also need toresponsible for streamlining HR functions,reporting on HR metrics, enhancing employee engagement and retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations.**Responsibilities**:- Consult with program leaders / supervisors, providing HR guidance, insights, recommendations and solutions when appropriate.- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR leaders to develop solutions, programs and policies.- Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees.- Provide guidance and input to program leaders / supervisors for succession planning.- Identify training needs and actively organize training programs for employee development.- Execute HR processes, initiatives and ensure compliance / adherence to HR Policies.- Support HR Management team to execute HR operational and strategic plans for the assigned programs / clients.- Deal with employment and welfare issues raised by employees.- Ensure deliveries as per the HR Ticketing tool.- Perform other related duties as assigned.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.- ** Minimum 3-5 years' experience** as HR Business Partner, Senior Executive Human Resources or HR Generalist.- Working experience in Shared Services, Call Centre or E-commerce industry is preferred.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes- Excellent facilitation skills to run workshops / focus groups as and when necessary.- Able to drive effective change management for HR initiatives across the organization.- Strong execution focus combined with the ability to multi-task, with attention to detail and great time management to meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and written skills in English- Must have experience and knowledge with Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
