Human Resource Executive

**Description**:- Be a business partner and work closely with the various departments to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives- Manage end to end recruitment process from advertising, screening, coordination of interviews, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting- Handle full employee lifecycle- Be main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues- Responsible for payroll, coordinating and submission of documents- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned- **1-2 years prior experience in multi-countries payroll is an added advantage****Job Requirements**:- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related- Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience**Personal Attributes**:- Able to work in a fast paced environment- Independent team player with ability to multi-task- Positive working attitude**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
