Human Resource Executive

Job Description:- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills- Contact references and perform background checks- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions- Conduct new employee orientations- Process paperwork- Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents- Resolve issues between management and employees- Advise managers on policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment- Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff- Oversee recruitment and hiring process- Direct disciplinary procedures**Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree in Related field(Exec Level)- Working experience more 2 years is an advantage- Age 24-35 years old- Have a own transport- Can work under pressure- Can work independently- Good personality & communication skills- Well discipline & good behavior- High committed & Responsible person**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
