Human Resource Executive

**Position**: Human Resource Executive**Salary**: RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 + RM100 attendance allowance**Working Hours**: 9:15 AM - 6:00 PM**Working Days**: Sunday - Thursday (Saturday Alternate, standby mode WFH)**Location**:PT 888-B, Kg Sakar Tendong, 17030 Pasir Mas, Kelantan**Job Description**:- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.- Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.- Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.- Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.- Administer employee benefits, and compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support and alignment with overall business goals.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
