**Responsibilities**:- We are looking to hire an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our vibrant team at Projek Teknologi 6D Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya.- Growing your career as a Full Time Human Resource Executive is a great opportunity to develop competitive skills.- Staff Recruitment- Creating social media content or conducting events (local events, workshops, meetups, open days, etc) to generate quality leads in recruiting.- Conducting interviews and reference checks- Reviewing & updating job descriptions regularly- Manage staff recruitment and appointment as per relevant policies, procedures, business rules, and processes.- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date recruitment register and repository of resumes.- Execute the advertising of vacancies through appropriate advertisement channels in a timely manner to support effective recruitment activities.- Effective and efficient coordination of recruitment activities including the set-up of selection committee, administration of resume, arrangement of shortlisting meetings and interviews, etc.- Coordinate the submission of relevant pre-employment documentation and effectively manage queries from prospective staff.- Organise the filing of personal files for new staff in a systematic and timely manner.Staff onboarding- Conduct effective one-to-one briefings for new staff on broad HR matters as per on-boarding process.- Effective liaison with hiring managers and relevant units to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new staff.- Facilitate the collection of all relevant pre-employment documentation in a timely manner to ensure efficient and seamless processing by other HR sub-units.6Dimensi was established over 7 years ago in Malaysia and has since undertaken assignments ranging from RM100 million to over RM1 billion with the intention of providing Business Performance Solutions and Services to organizations to manage Strategic Project Operation or Programmed Management initiatives.- With an office in South East Asia, PT6D is well positioned to serve clients throughout the Asia Pacific and the Middle East, either from its local base or on assignment.- Our motto is "if you can measure, you can manage" hence our solution and services are built around best practices to measure every type of initiative or function right from Quality to Cost.
