**Overview**:Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving organizational success through effective people management? We're seeking a dynamic HR Executive to spearhead our human resources practices and processes. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics, and procedures aligned with our business strategy.- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, demands, and other issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal systems to drive high performance across the organization.- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state HR requirements, conducting investigations, and representing the organization at hearings.- Handle all disciplinary and industrial relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and reporting.- Undertake other ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.- Demonstrated integrity with strong leadership, consultative, and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.- Proficient understanding of statutory legislation including Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems independently.- Familiarity with KPI setting, monitoring, and review processes.- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Meal providedSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (required)- Human Resources Management: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
