To be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department. Possess people skills to manage all level of personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. The duties encompass supervising HR personnel, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.- Developing and implementing human resources policies.- Take responsibility for leading performance management, talent assessment, and effective --- labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.- Ensure that yearly review and management by analyzing wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans with the C & B Head- Coordinate and ensures that recruitment, interviews, tests, and selects employees are always performed according to company SOP wit Perform Yearly audit of Recruitment compliance within company SOP as per employee handbook- Conduct an updated and review of the Hatten Companies Employee Handbook in order to ensure competitiveness as an employer- Perform yearly HR Budget and Manpower Budget- Ensure that all new hires are properly orientated to foster positive attitudes toward Company goals- Ensure that appropriate and timely responses to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs are performed by team members of the HR Department.- Responsible for administering a performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.- Manage and take charge of the salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.- Conducts wage surveys within the labor market to determine competitive wage rates.- Ensure that all employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations are properly managed to avoid any unwarranted situation for the companyRequirement:- At least 5 years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, and strategies.- Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.- Language Proficiency : English & Bahasa Malaysia- Non native languages will be welcomedPersonal Attributes & Other requirements- Excellent communication skills.- Highly organized.- Superior interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented.- Good problem-solving skills.- Budget management experience.- Strong people skills.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Malacca City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
