Qa Coordinator

Job responsibilities- Conduct regular audits and inspections- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.- Ensure that Processing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) done flow by flow for every department- Implementation of (ISO) International Organization for Standardization- Ensure that Food Safety and quality awareness are implemented, understood and practiced by all employees.- Fully handle of all Authority Certificate. Eg : DVS/GMP/MESTI/HALAL/HACCP/, closing monitoring on expiry date of all certificate.- Close monitoring of the processing and improvement of Good Manufacturing Pratices (GMP) in factory environment- Ensure continuous improvement in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and quality according to monitoring scheme- To ensure all record of data are correct and up to date- Other instructions will be giving by Top Management from time to time.Job Requirement- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience conducting audits and inspections, and implementing corrective actions.- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related role- Recognized certifications for QA, such as GMP, HALAL, HACCP**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- QA: 2 years (required)
