Human Resource Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and understand their roles.- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect.- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to assess and enhance employee performance.- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting effective performance reviews and setting goals.- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.- Monitor employee development plans and ensure ongoing learning opportunities.- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws and company standards.- Communicate policies to employees and ensure their understanding and adherence.- Manage compensation structures, salary adjustments, and benefits administration.- Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.- Measure employee satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance engagement levels.- Mediate conflicts and disagreements among employees, striving for positive resolutions.- Provide guidance to Managers on managing employee relations issues effectively.- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.**Job Requirements**:- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in HR Manager- Experience with SAGE Payroll System is an added advantage- Experience in handling labour matters and In-depth knowledge of Employment ACT and HR Policies- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company- Independent and able to work in minimum supervision- Meticulous, well organized as well as able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner- A Team player and Good time management skills- Good in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia- Able to start in a short notice period is an advantage**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- HR Manager: 3 years (preferred)
