At least 1-2 years experience in handling human resources tasks.- Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy.- Self-motivated and able perform well under pressure.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Willing to thrive in a start-up environment.- Willing to go extra miles and open to learning with a positive mindset- Process monthly payroll for all staffs (including salary, overtime, allowances, medical, claims summary)- Process Statutory payment (EPF,SOCSO,EIS, PCB & etc)- To maintain complete confidentiality of all office data and personnel files.- Assist in staff welfare and recruitment activities eg. Interview arrangement, participate in interview session- Preparation of all HR Letter including: Letter of Employment & Job Description for new staff and coordinate date of join, letter of Promotion, letter of relocation, letter acceptance of resignation letter & coordinate the handover matter- Prepare letter for disciplinary issue such as Reminder, Stern Reminder or Warning Letter.- To assist in developing, implementing and controlling HR policies.- Liaison with staff & giving guideline and counseling if deem necessary.- Liaison with external parties on HR & Admin Matter, eg.
