**Requirements**:- Min a Diploma in Human Resources or in related field. Fresh grads are encourage to apply.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Good command of written and spoken in English and Malay.- Good in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.- Willing to travel.- Have a license and transport will be added as advantages.**Responsibilities**:- Assist with daily operation of the HR functions and duties.- Process documentation for government official- Handle foreign matters (immigration, fomema)- Assist in payroll in verifying staffs claims and attendance- Assist account executive- Maintaining company and staff group insurance and medical claim.- Maintain employees relation and welfare- Responsible for recruitment process (advertise, screening, interview)- Verify daily attendance and leave record.- Keeping stationaries inventories stock level.- Perform administrative works- Responsible for keeping company asset and record- Multitasking**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have license? please state- what is you notice period?
